Product Review: DAT MAT Yoga Mats

Recently I was in the market for a new yoga mat (since mine survived 2 years and 200 hours of Teacher Training) but was dreading the process of getting a new one. Naturally, I had some attachment to my mat but was VERY ready to let it go upon my receiving of Dat Mat!

Before even receiving my mat, I first had to pic one of their many AWESOME patterns (...cats, pizza, and caprese salad just to name a few). I fell in love with the watercolor collaboration designed with artist Paige Poppe as the colors were so rich and pattern was just right up my alley.

Once received, I tore open the box like a kid on Christmas and right off the bat loved the tube packaging! Very useful for the upcycling yogi or simply for mat storage. The mat looked exactly what I thought it would look like and it exceeded my expectations of usage and quality.

The mat is not only the right amount of cushion (especially for an inversion addict like myself) but also incredibly lightweight which is great for a yogi on the go.

The biggest seller to me was their price points. It felt like every site i shopped mats ranged from $60-100 which is just a liiiiittle too far out of my budget.
