In today's clip I briefly discuss the high level pro's and con's of pre-made vs. home made supplements. There are many advantages to both but both also come with great ease and difficulty. I outline this in the video that supplementation should be at the bottom of your priorities list. That said, they can be and are an added expense already on top of food and your gym membership. There are slight advantages when using the right ingredients and products, but this must be optimized. Be smart in your decisions ask yourself 'do I need or want this supplement?'
