Ingredients: 2 lbs ground turkey (or meat of choice) 2- 15 oz cans diced tomatoes 1- 15oz can kidney beans 1- 15oz can black beans 1-6 oz can corn 1 green bell pepper 1/2 of an onion 3 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tbsp Chipotle seasoning (optional) 2 tsp garlic *Makes approximately 12 servings (1 cup)

Add ground turkey and garlic into a skillet. Cook until evenly browned.
Add ground turkey mix from skillet into a crockpot
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, green bell pepper (chopped), onion (chopped), chili powder and chipotle into the crockpot
Stir all ingredients together
Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
SERVE AND ENJOY!
Optional: top it off with shredded cheese or over quinoa/ rice; adjust macros and calories accordingly
